Defining and enforcing boundaries doesn’t have to be scary or confusing. Much like our emotions, when boundaries are healthy, they give us important signals about how to protect ourselves and love people well.
Touch is the sacred bond that confirms, beyond any verbal expression or perceived action, that we are regarded by the other.
I’m learning to release my need for approval. Whether I’m on top of the world or scraping bottom at my worst, God’s love never changes.
We need to also remember the hope that is set before us, and take hold of it with firm, strong hands.
