Our Valentine’s Day countdown officially begins today, and we’re kicking it off with our Associate Publisher, Karen Watson! We always love Karen’s sweet sense of humor! Read on as Karen shares some of her Valentine’s favorites.
1. If you have one, what is your favorite literary romance, and what makes it your favorite?
Hmmm…..which is it…. Gone with the Wind or The Thornbirds….and can I even separate the reading from the images in my mind? Oh wait! Cold Mountain? Seems I love a good tragic end.
2. What is your favorite Valentine’s memory, or what is the most romantic thing anyone ever did for you?
We were young and broke and had too many kids to go out. My husband decorated our basement and we had candlelight and dinner in our own little bistro.
