More time with my favorite characters is all I want after I’ve turned the last page of a great novel. Some authors will offer bonus e-books that bridge the gaps between novels in a series, while others will share #behindthescenes looks at their writing techniques. As an acquisitions editor, I’m very blessed to frequently peek behind the velvet curtain and see some great content that often must be left out of a novel for the sake of the overall storyline, in order to keep the character’s stories balanced, or simply because of the word count.
