At Tyndale, we believe stories matter.
They have been a part of every human civilization in history, and for good reason: stories speak to our hearts. In keeping with our founder Kenneth Taylor’s goal of making Scripture accessible to all people, Tyndale Fiction seeks to publish novels that entertain and also point to the ultimate truth of the Bible.
Some of our books are lighter, escapist fare; others are thrilling adventures; still others are weightier, meant to provoke dialogue or reflection. No matter the genre, we hope all our books whisk you away—if only temporarily—to another place and time, help you see life from a different perspective, and leave you nourished in life-giving ways.
We love connecting with readers and talking about our favorite thing: Christian fiction. Come say hi!
Karen Watson is the publisher at Tyndale Fiction. With more than twenty years in the industry, she still loves the hunt for the next new voice as much as the long-term relationships with established Tyndale authors. She is the only person on the fiction team with a Southern accent and only rarely requires an interpreter.
Stephanie Broene is the acquisitions director for Tyndale Fiction who still can’t believe her good fortune at finding a job where she gets paid to read novels. Over the past thirteen years, she’s learned there’s a little more to it than that—and somehow someone managed to sneak some occasional math into the job description—but she’s working through that and still loves partnering with authors to bring entertaining and impactful stories to market. She is married to Kevin and they have three young kids, so for the time being, audiobooks have been her new favorite way to discover great novels.
Elizabeth Jackson is a senior acquisitions editor on the Tyndale Fiction team. She considers it a privilege to get to interact with our Tyndale Fiction authors and contribute to the process of their manuscripts becoming books that readers can enjoy. When she’s not in the office, Elizabeth might be found reading one of the numerous novels she owns but just hasn’t finished yet, watching British television shows, or maybe even road-tripping.
Amy Voss is an acquisitions editor on the Tyndale Fiction team. She is delighted to play a role in the process of putting the entertaining and inspiring stories written by our Tyndale authors into the hands of eager readers. Outside of work, she loves to sing with the worship team at her church, “read” audiobooks, and spend quality time with her husband and their two young sons.
Andrea Garcia is a senior marketing manager for Tyndale Fiction. When she’s not buried in sticky notes, she’s working on getting the right book into the hands of the right readers at the right time. Andrea’s love of pop culture has led to a lengthy to-be-read pile, a robust streaming queue, and more library fines than she’d like to admit.
Stephanie Abrassart joined the Tyndale team as a marketing manager in 2023. Stephanie holds an undergraduate degree in marketing and a master’s in business administration. She comes to Tyndale with marketing experience in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. Stephanie considers it a tremendous privilege to support Tyndale authors as they share the gospel message through their books.
