THP: What first attracted you to Tyndale House Publishers?
Sue: Initially, I just needed to return to work and some friends who worked at Tyndale recommended that I apply there. I was impressed by what I learned during the interview process, but it wasn't until I became an employee that I began to discover what a special place Tyndale House is.
THP: What has made your department a pleasant/enjoyable place to work?
Sue: We are privileged to work on products that can have an eternal impact. Where else can a person get paid for spending time reading the Bible! I also love the relationships I have with my coworkers. In spite of the fact that our department is quiet and our work is somewhat "cerebral," we have great times together.
THP: What has made Tyndale House Publishers a unique/exceptional place to work?
Sue: In a word, relationships. We truly are a family here. We gather for chapel each week, pray for one another, celebrate successes, and encourage one another through struggles. Tyndale House also has a mission to help its employees grow, and I continue to learn so much here.
