Paulette: The fact that it was a Christian company.
THP: What has made your department a pleasant/enjoyable place to work?
Paulette: I am one of only a two person department. I feel truly blessed to work with someone who has taken the time to understand me, as a person. We care about each other and help each other both professionally and personally.
THP: What has made Tyndale House Publishers a unique/exceptional place to work?
Paulette: The family atmosphere. You sense the love here, immediately. People at Tyndale really do care about each other. It's the farthest thing from a dog-eat-dog workplace.
